Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of the mixed race family of South London in England. Her mother is English and her father Nigerian. Her family was raised on a council estate in the south of London. When she was fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She pursued acting studies in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. She performed in various stages during her high time at school, including the King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her career as an actress with the film Storm Damage. The actress has been an actor in Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her breakthrough role came in 2007's Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream. It was opposite Colin Farrell (who played the part of Cassandra) and Ewan McGrath. The film's success resulted in her being cast as Elisha in a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. She then appeared in the six-episode series Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. She was Bambi as Bambi in The ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also appeared on the comedic How to Lose Friends and Alienate people (2008). Her credits in the theatre include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe made her US debut in the series The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was then ended. In February 2011, she was cast in the role of Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. Madekwe was a regular on the drama series on ABC Revenge for two seasons. The show was announced in May 2013 that she would leave the series after making an appearance in the initial season of the third. The actress portrayed Tituba in the television series Salem between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe and her boyfriend for many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were married in June 2012. The two have collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he was also on the show with Madekwe on the TV show Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in an extended family. She was born to Roy and Patty Leggat. Her parents were Roy and Patty along with her older brothers -Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's family, which is all athletic, played in the summer months and play hockey in the winter months. Ashley did not walk; instead, she would dance. In the age of two and a half, she was introduced to Baby Ballet. Ashley began to develop a love of dancing when she began Baby Ballet. When she was in high school, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in ballet, tap, jazz pointe, acrobatics lyrical, musical theatre and hip hop. Ashley was awarded the best soloist at each of the major dance competitions including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 5-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance among others.
